Job Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiter will also oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefit administration.
Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking.
• Assist with screening resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates, when needed.
• Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing offers.
• Arrange and hold onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Process new hire paperwork, offboarding documentation, and employee status changes
• Handle benefit administration for new hires and existing employees.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate workflow and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment activities and pipeline status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Pay: $81,000 - $95,000 annually
